The works have involved an investment of more than 33,800 euros
The Ministry of Development and Infrastructure has completed the rehabilitation of 10 public housing in the neighborhood of La Estación de Blanca, which are in mixed (sale-rent).
The action has had a budget of more than 33,800 euros and has consisted of the replacement of the waterproofing and screed of the outdoor area of ​​common access to the group of homes.
These works are part of the Urban Renewal and Regeneration Area (ARRU) Vega del Segura, within the 2013-2016 Housing Plan.
The ARRUs are integral areas of action in urban centers where there are aid for the rehabilitation of buildings and homes, reconstruction of previously demolished houses, redevelopment, relocation programs for the population and technical management teams.
The general director of Planning, Architecture and Housing, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, and the mayor of Blanca, Esther Hortelano, visited the performances this week.
Fernández Lladó stressed that this plan contemplates a global investment of 1.5 million euros in improvement works in public housing housing, on rent, in the municipalities of Abarán, Alcantarilla, Archena, Blanca, Ceutí, Lorquí, Molina de Segura and Villanueva del Río Segura.
Fernández Lladó explained that the objective of these works promoted by the Autonomous Community is to maintain the houses in optimal conditions of habitability to contribute to the welfare of its inhabitants.
