The City of White, through the Department of Culture, announces two grants stay to artists and creators, which is made possible by the opportunity to enjoy up to a year in residence Artists 'La Negra'.

The City of White, through the Department of Culture, announces two scholarships for stay addressed to artists and creators through which allows the opportunity to enjoy six months to a year's stay in the studios of artists in residence 'La Negra', which is located in the Black-Center Workshop Artisan House.
"This is a program that aims to support artists with Spanish national, European or Latin American, wishing to develop a research project or artistic creation" explained Esther Horton, Councillor of Culture.
"The scholarship program-as-Horton said aims to provide artists infrastructural resources, technical and human resources to develop a research activity or creation, as well as facilitate the exchange between the resident artists."
The deadline for submission of offers will remain open until 14 pm on May 30, 2012 and may be in hand at City Hall, or by mail (C / Anguillara Sabazia, Number 7, 30540, Blanca, Murcia).
The bases and the instance will be posted on the municipal website www.blanca.es.
Applicants must submit a plan for establishing or artistic research conducted during the period of the grant, which is six months with possibility of extension for another six months.
Should also have Spanish nationality, of a European country or a Latin American country.
Another prerequisite is to have devoted himself for at least two years or creative artistic works in the fields of visual arts.
The Selection Committee, who serve as judges, will consist of representatives of municipal councils and recognized experts.
