White Township acogeió in the afternoon yesterday, the seventh edition of the popular race San Pedro 10K Parties organized by the Club Atletico Villa Blanca by the Department of Sports.
A total of 184 athletes crossed the finish line after crossing the ten thousand meters of a journey marked by its scenic beauty and its strength, as long as it is a continuous up and down.
Raul Guevara, Mandarache, was the first to cross the finish line stopping the clock in 33'03 '' followed closely by David Sanchez of Club Raceway distance runners (33'54 ').
The podium was completed by all male Carlos Hernandez of Alma Trail, with a time of 36'22 ''.
As for female athletes, was Laura Nicholas, Murcia Athletic Club, the first to cross the finish line with a time of 43'19 ''.
A young athlete Murcia followed Ana Vanessa Ruiz (46'39 '') and Elisabeth Mira, who stopped the clock in 49'03 ''.
After last year, many of the fans of mountain races marked this test in its annual calendar, considering that this is one of the most demanding in the regional circuit, therefore the requirement of the land and the beauty of its surroundings, with a route of outstanding natural beauty that passes through the mountains of the Navel and the Solan.
The terrain is marked by the continuous ups and downs and a cumulative drop of nearly 500 meters.
