This activity is part of the events that are taking place to celebrate World Book Day.
White citizens have received more than five hundred books for free, from the Director General of Books, Archives and Libraries, Francisco Jimenez Gracia, and the deputy mayor of the Municipal Town Hall, Horton Esther Ortega, who has traveled the weekly market hand, offered as a book to each shopkeeper and customers.
In addition, the output of the schools, parents were also entertained with a book.
The distribution of books, for free, joining the cast of cultural events that the city council has organized all this week to celebrate World Book Day.
This day is for the municipality as a special feast, thanks to the cultural project "Blanca, Villa del Libro", the town came last year in the European network of towns with the name of "Villa del Libro", joining the town Urueña Valladolid.
Thus, White has become the second town in Spain to receive such a statement and made the book a way of life for its citizens.
