The Mayor of the City of White Laorden Rafael Carrasco, opened last night Bicycles are for summer, an exhibition of paintings made up of over 60 paintings that artist Maria Angeles Cano Ibanez has led to his hometown.
The exhibition will run until Friday 18 June, 10 to 13 hours, Monday through Saturday, and in the afternoon, 18 to 20 hours from Monday to Sunday, the Municipal Exhibition Hall.
The painter of Blanca in painting began 10 years ago and wanted to share with the people these canvases that represent their particular way of seeing an item is as popular as the bike.
With a fresh, dynamic style, Cano is considered a blue lover: "I could not live without this color, you should remove the blue from my palette to paint a picture without resorting to it," said the painter.
In his paintings reveal traces of Impressionism, one of his favorite styles and with whom you feel identified with authors such as Cezanne, the artist he likes, and Matisse which many have identified as the father of color.
M ª Angeles Cano Blanca Ibáñez was born in 1955.
Municipality of Murcia moved to France, where he studied the Secretariat.
He currently resides in Murcia but you can always escape to his hometown.
