In accordance with those established in Additional Provision 3 of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation by COVID-19 and the powers attributed to the Mayor's Office pursuant to Art.21 of Law 7/1985, of the Bases of Local Regime, and other concordant regulations, RESOLVED:FIRST.- Agree on the temporary suspension of the annuity of the following occupations for having interrupted the activity:Rate 2.10- Art.

7º2 Occupation of land for public use with terraces with tables and chairs for profit.SECOND.- Agree the temporary suspension of the 1st and 2nd quarter of the following occupations due to the activity being interrupted:Rate 2.17 Occupation of positions and other public domain in the Weekly Market.THIRD.- Agree on the temporary suspension from the declaration of the state of alarm and until the service is restarted, from the presentation of self-assessments and collection of the following services due to the fact that the taxable event has not occurred.Rate 2.12 Provision of the child care point and nursery school service.FOURTH.- Agree on the temporary suspension from the declaration of the state of alarm and until the service of the presentation of self-assessments and collection of the following services are restarted because the taxable event has not occurred.Public price 3.7 For the provision of sports facilities service.FIFTH.- Agree on the temporary modification of the 2nd and 3rd two-month periods of the rates included in art.

”NINTH.- Postponement, until July 6, of the payment of Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles.TENTH.- Creation of a contingency fund to cover the needs of citizens, both the most vulnerable residents, and the local businesses affected by the closure.
