Not knowing ourselves, is the small itinerary of a creator who collects remedies, superimposes states of mind and wonders about the encounters, the voids and the uncertainties of existence.

It is the search for the "you" exploring in an intimate way, between blush and suspicion, the frontier of the other.

An inquiry that starts from scratch to realize that little or nothing is what it seems.

The verses in this collection of poems by Guille Galv n, Vetusta Morla's lyricist, composer and guitarist, delve into this new reality whose meaning is yet to be discovered.

Rear-view mirrors, it is a circular book, on each page there is that look that approaches from behind or the one you leave behind, a vital journey divided into seven parts where the poems revolve around the themes that make up the imaginary of our generation: cities, movies, songs, places to hide, lips, or whatever is outside and we cannot see, tracing a recognizable journey.

Guille Galv n Guillermo Galv n, popularly known as Guille Galv n, lyricist, composer and musician born in Madrid in 1980.

Guille Galv n belongs to the indie-rock band Vetusta Morla.

This original group from Tres Cantos, Madrid, began in 2008, although its beginnings go back to the school bathroom where it studied and practiced with its music group.

Galv n boasts of having a family that positively influenced him, specifically his father, who works in radio.

Guille tells how twenty years ago and the members of his group began to practice in a school cultural day.

"We were very confident in our work," says Galv n.

So it was that job after job led the group Vetusta Morla to win the Ondas award for the best musical show for the concert they gave at the Caja M gica and to be nominated for the best song at the Latin Grammys by "Council of Sages".

The verses of Guille Galv n, like the lyrics of Vetusta Morla, are two-way texts.

The restless reader comes and goes, immerses himself in the words, makes them his own, lets them escape, reinvents them and meanwhile he catches a metaphor, an image and grasps it tightly to link meanings.

There is the magic of the author, in giving play by letting himself be seen, but without being discovered.

Guille Galv n's conference will be presented and directed by Inma Martínez, a journalist dedicated her entire professional career to Institutional Communication.

Inma Martínez directed the Communication Cabinet of the Blanca city council until last year.

At present, she is an editor at the General Directorate of Media of the Community of Madrid.
