The White council approved at a meeting held regular full last night, a collaboration agreement between the University of Murcia and the city council for research and development of contemporary art in the municipality.
The agreement will last 36 months and a total amount of 19,800 euros, of which the City will pay 12,000 euros spread over those three years.

According to the mayor of the town, Rafael Laorden with this project "aims to promote art in the city and support both artists blanqueños as those outside of our people to continue with the firm commitment that from the City Council have been doing for art and make a Township White Culture. "
The purpose of this agreement is the realization, by a research team, a consultancy in production, creation, research and artistic heritage to the town of Blanca.
The duration of the agreement, consists of 36 months and an overall project amount of 19,800 euros, of which 7800 corresponds to 12 000 university and the City Council to run in three payments, divided by three years of duration, with 3,600 euros in 2011, 4,800 euros and 3,600 euros next year in the last annual period.
