Mayor White, Rafael Laorden, and Cultural Property CEO, Francisco Gimenez, presented this morning at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the poster of Closure of White, declared of Regional Tourist Interest.
The event was attended also Councilman Celebration of White Hall, Vicente Candel, and painter Juan José Martínez Cánovas Murcia, creator of the image harbinger of bullfights held in the town on 14 August at the three pm.
"This poster is one of the most important in development for White as it is one of the most important days in the city, and they have a great tradition since we are one of the oldest closures Spain" stressed the Mayor White, Rafael Laorden.
Celebrations Councilman, Vicente Candel, highlighted as a novelty it is a sign with augmented reality whereby you can see how it was prepared and even pictures of the town and the programming of the parties, through the discharge of a web application.
The image announcing the closure is a work in graphite Canovas Martinez "will be part of an exhibition space which will display all the posters that have announced our confinement" said Laorden.
Painting with Martinez Canovas illustrated the poster represents a realistic figure of the bull, graphite on wood painted stucco by the artist with the same procedures that have been applied craft since the fourteenth century, made with rabbit skin glue and calcium sulphate .
The author of the poster, presented at the Municipal Exhibition Hall of the municipality a sample taurine-themed pictorial.
A collection of paintings in oil and graphite to be exposed to the public from 8 to August 18, coinciding with the Fair and the festivity of Blanca.
The exhibition will open on Thursday, August 8, at eight o'clock, with assistance from the artist, who has plans to offer a "job" exclusively to the audience.
