The Councillor of Social Affairs, Esther Horton inaugurated this morning the start of the campaign 'Responsible Service' included in the National Drug Prevention in the hospitality sector.
The talks are aimed at public facilities related to nightlife and sale of alcoholic beverages and will take place every Wednesday at 10.30 am in the MUCAB until December 18.
