Mayor White, Rafael Laorden, has announced the launch of a municipal comprehensive plan to stop the advance of the crisis on the people and fight against the increase of the unemployed.
Laorden stated in the full City held last week that his goal is "to successfully face the coming years, in which nobody dares to predict whether it will improve the overall economy of our country."

For these reasons, the Town Hall of Blanca has announced the launch of a plan that brings immediate impact, along with other previous projects that were in the Consistory, a package of measures to help the citizens of the town to avoid the situation of famine economic.
Laorden said that the three major areas behind this plan are education, social projects and public works.
Among the measures announced, highlights the emergence of all kinds of courses and workshops.
Among others, it will offer a course in graphics and layout (for unemployed people registered in the employment office who want to work in marketing and advertising firms or directed to persons with disabilities in preparing for the future special employment center) , a social skills course funded organized by social services and a training protocol and work for nursing homes.
In addition, the session will offer the possibility of carrying out a program of vocational preparation for young people between 16 and 21 years and an employment workshop for improving quality of life and socio allowing students to hire 22 workers and 1 director, 2 monitors and a full-time administrative.
This training is aimed at women over 25 years registered at the employment office.
Among the best known initiatives, highlights the project "University: Discover yourself", with which they are offered a job to all the university people who have completed their college career.
This initiative joins other pioneering programs in White, as the project "Close your retirement", which provides employment for those over 63 years until age 65 to help them reach the contributory pension.
It also continues to open the project "County councils" which will provide direct employment of 26 workers unemployed and engaged in agricultural regime.
The new technology, training and employment, or OPEA, among others, will complement the training offered by the Consistory.
Along with training initiatives, the city council has approved another large set of economic measures for the people.
