This cultural organization, will host some of the best works of artist from Blanca and a collection of all kinds of paintings that are about two thousand drawings, besides being responsible for a lot of cultural activities in all the arts.

Cano during the presentation highlighted the importance of White Township in the Valle de Ricote, its light, its landscapes, "the immeasurable beauty treasured spaces and their inhabitants."

Following the presentation, we visited an old fruit warehouse, acquired by the city of 600,000 euros, which will host the cultural project.
Also went to the birthplace of the artist from Blanca, donated by the artist for the Foundation, along with all the pictures of the exhibitions Closures, Ad Portas, Sequences and Invisible Cities and all travel books with over two thousand drawings artist.
The building will feature an exhibition space, a warehouse with works of reserves in order to renew the exhibitions regularly and a temporary exhibit of paintings, sculpture and photography, as well as anthropology, cuisine and history, as in the Valley Ricote and White, these issues are of greatest interest.
In addition, the Foundation will have a small auditorium in the basement, with capacity for 50 people, to be used for screenings, presentations and concerts, a library and a classroom teaching.
The family home of Pedro Cano, donated by the artist to the Foundation, will be used for complementary activities.
The town of Blanca hopes to become, through this project, a cultural reference to what will have a budget of nine million euros.
For now, the Foundation has organized the first cultural activity taking place on February 14 with the exhibition of paintings by the artist Michela Zasio, which was a pupil of Pedro Cano in international schools landscapes celebrated every year the municipality.
